WARRANTIES All flooring products have different warranty conditions it is important that you the consumer read all guidelines stated and that all materials used when fitting are appropriate. Your invoice acts as your warranty. In the event of a problem occurring with your new flooring you can arrange for an independent inspection to be carried out this is a compulsory fee of £75. And only refunded if found to be a manufacturing fault. RETURNS POLICY Please check boards are un-damaged before laying them. We will not accept any claims for damaged, faulty or miss-described items once the flooring has been installed. SAMPLE REQUEST Please be aware that the images shown on this website (swatch colours) may vary due to limitations of browser software and monitors it is recommended to see a sample of the floor you require before ordering
Please be advised most laminate & wood flooring must be left unopened in the rooms it is to be fitted in a least 48hrs prior to fitting as this is part of most manufacturers warranty conditions. It is you the consumer who is responsible to ensure that all materials supplied are fitted correctly.

If you have any packs of flooring left over after installation, we recommended that you keep them in the event you need to do a repair, and in case that flooring is discontinued. If after receiving your goods you decide you no longer require them as you have changed your mind you have the right for the goods to be returned to us within 7 days ,all goods must be unopened and in the original packaging. You will be liable for the cost of us collecting the goods from you via our courier; you will also be liable for a re-stocking fee of up to 35% of the value of the goods to be returned. When we have received the goods in perfect condition you will then receive your refund.
Samples can be ordered at a cost of £3.95 inc VAT per sample. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery as we use normal post. Before ordering samples please call or e-mail to confirm that your sample request is available .
