Every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

Delivery is free when your order exceeds £395 Inc vat to mainland UK only.

Areas such as Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man etc will incur an extra surcharge, please call for details. If your order is under £395 Inc VAT a delivery charge of £35 Inc VAT will be applied.

All flooring deliveries are made to Kerbside where the driver will require help to unload the delivery; there must be an able bodied person or persons to help unload at the delivery address. In some cases if you have ordered flooring and accessories you may receive two separate deliveries on the same day one for flooring one for accessories if this is the case we will inform you when you order is placed. As deliveries can be made in large or small vehicles, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by this type of transport. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restrictions please inform us at the time of ordering. Deliveries are normally made between 8.00 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday we are unable to give an approximate delivery time as all deliveries are at the courier's discretion. NOTE: deliveries cannot be left outside in any circumstances. If the courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, you refuse to sign or refuse delivery you will be liable for the delivery charge or re-delivery.

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address. Please verify the material received is in good condition and that all material has been accounted for. Any damages or missing items must be noted on your delivery receipt. If not noted we are unable to process with any replacement products.

In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product as quickly as possible. Any claims must be made within 3 days of delivery .

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
All orders are based on stock availability; we will contact you after receiving your order to confirm a dispatch date. Dispatch is normally 3 to 10 working days but stock items can be dispatched much sooner. If you are requiring goods quickly, please do not hesitate to call and we will endeavour to meet with your requirements.
